For other insurances, we are out-of-network. We can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please call your insurance company prior to coming in for more information on your benefits.
We accept credit card or cash, and we are HSA/FSA eligible.
We do not accept checks.
All credit card payments are subject to an additional 3% service fee.
